Studio Studio update platform without project recovery

I cannot find how to update my project without rebuilding it in Android Studio. I saw this popup next to logcat in the past and used it, it was great for layout updates.

Is this update only layout changes not available in Android Studio?

According to: Android Studio: how to update after adding a file?

There is no update option for this on AndroidStudio

In Build -> Build Project there is only an option for Make project .

But I think this parameter will use the update parameter:

File->Synchronize . Or, which is the same thing, Ctrl + Alt + Y or a small circle with an arrow menu button.
