"We did not allow the values ​​of this value to be not allowed here" in the YAML tag

I have a .yml file opened in Netbeans 8.1 that looks like this:

 --- rules: - !tp.aoi.topology.TopologyRule labels: - empty_A output: - entry_B

Netbeans has a short red line under the line - !tp.aoi.topology.TopologyRule and spits out the following:

 We had this mapping values are not allowed here

What causes this error? The grammar of this phrase is meaningless to me. If I remove the tag, there will be no problem. From what I understand from YAML from spec , this must be a valid YAML (see Examples in the Basic Tags section in Section 6.18), also this specification section in Global Tags section 2.24.

There are no tabs in this document, only spaces.

I'm sure I opened this exact file with an earlier version of NetBeans on Windows (I'm on Ubuntu now) without any problems, but I may have also used some other YAML plugins.

What causes this error? I tried other parsers and it seems valid. From another SO-format message, it seems that this is often due to the lack of a space between the two sides of the display; it's not my problem.
