Display Android MediaProjection screen for web browser via USB

Question

I want to mirror Android Screen on the desktop of a web browser. I can capture the screen using MediaProjection - thanks to a sample application.

But the next part is complicated - sending the captured data to the desktop! I know how to establish an HTTP connection to a desktop program using ADB port forwarding, but I think the FPS will be very low.

How can I transfer captured screen data to the desktop? What kind of connection do I need and what codecs do I need on the Android side to ensure speed?
