Deep link to the Health ID tab of the Health app?

Medical ID is a vital and potentially lifesaving feature of iOS 8+, but it is underutilized. I am creating a special healthcare application with Swift 2 that contains a list of emergency preparedness steps that users can check as soon as they complete them. To raise awareness of the Medical ID feature and to communicate its importance to our users (and first respondents), I make this an element in this list.

I know that you can run another application from our applications so that I can simply launch the Health application. However, since we can also deeply link specific areas of the application, if the recipient application supports deep binding, it would be easier to link directly to the Medical ID tab. This will save the user from having to explain to users that they need to click the Medical Identifier tab after opening the Health application. This is a small thing, but reducing any complexity or confusion that could be an obstacle to creating a Medical ID can save some lives.

I have not seen anything about deep link support in the HealthKit API documentation, but I may have missed it.
