View tabs during ctrl-tab in Sublime Text?

Question

On Windows, when you press Alt and Tab together, then press Tab several times while holding down the Alt button, you will see a list of all open windows and you can switch between them.

In Notepad ++ and other editors, you can do the same with editor tabs using the Ctrl + Tab combination.

Question: Although Sublime Text supports basic Ctrl - Tab , it does not support the ability to view a list of all tabs while saving the Ctrl tab (like Notepad ++). Is there some kind of plugin that provides this function, or an alternative key combination that I don't know about?

Tabs are only open files to view a list of your open files. View → Sidebar → Show open files.
