SlidingUpPanelLayout does not work properly with CoordinatorLayout as the first child of SlidingUpPanelLayout

Question

So, when the fitssystemwindow is true, when it collopse, it automatically increases its height of the panel and, when it is false, works fine. But in my project I need this true. So please give me some solution;
