Is it possible to directly link to Google search results using href?

Question

I want to link directly to the search results page with a standard link. To give an example of what I hope for, here is some kind of pseudo code:

<a href = "https://www.google.com/search?keywords=My+Search+Parameters">Click here to search Google</a> 

Is there any way to do this? I would like to redirect my users directly to the search results page so that they can see real results on the Internet.
