Failed to renew Apple Developer Membership

I am trying to renew my Apple membership. These are the following steps:

1. I visit the Member Center 2. I click on Renew Membership 3. Follow the steps until I arrive at the payment page 4. I am automatically redirected to the Member Center home page! 

Therefore, I cannot renew my membership at all. If I try to stop the redirection, I remain on the payment page, but an error appears when I try to make a payment.

Apple seems to have a new Member Center design. Is it possible that this could be a mistake?

I had to turn off automatic updating for the (manual) renewal option. I wanted to make sure that there was no problem with my last minute with my payment card associated with the Apple ID of the developer account ID.

I had the same problem! I called Apple and we checked all the information with the operator about my account. And they found out that my birthday is wrong. After that, everything worked perfectly.

I had the same problem with page redirection. I contacted Apple Support, and a workaround for this problem was to pay by bank transfer instead of paying through the website. Now in a year the same problem arises, and I will pay again by bank transfer.

This problem may have something to do with the country in which the credit card is issued, perhaps Apple does not accept credit cards from all contours.

In my case, I had to open the page of the Apple developer account in Safari so that the Refresh button appeared at the top of the page.

If you do not want to automatically renew your membership or you have problems adding a credit card (like mine), you can turn off automatic renewal at the bottom of the membership area. This will create a new button to renew your membership manually. I had to do this a couple of times before the button appeared, and it worked not in Safari, but only in Chrome ...

When you manually renew your membership, you can enter a new credit card, which will be used only for this payment. This only worked in Chrome, NOT in Safari.
