Jenkins 2.5 installation error (An error occurred during installation: Forbidden)

Question

I have a new CentOS box installed by Tomcat 8.0 and Jenkins 2.5. After entering the secret key for a completely new installation, the next step Install the proposed plugins or: Select the plugins to install :. After clicking the "Install Suggested Plugins" button, I received an error message

An error occurred during installation: Forbidden

I assume this is due to folder permissions, the question is which one?

If this helps someone, I “fixed” it by restarting Jenkins http://jenkins:8080/restart , or any other protocol, domain and port. Then, when I returned, he again asked me for the secret key, and then successfully installed all the plugins.
