How to wait in the protractor until the item is turned on

Question

When you try to click a button, the pusher does not work. Initially, the button will be turned off (after it is turned on), and the protractor thinks that the button is ready and the button is pressed and does not work.

So, I want the protractor script to wait for the button to be turned on. I tried below, but that didn't work. Can someone send the full code to wait for the activation of the item?

There is a very suitable expected condition - elementToBeClickable - it will wait until the element is visible and active:
