OSMDROID android 4.2: Mapquest: As of July 11,2016, access to direct tiles was terminated

Question

When using osmdroid. I get: "As of July 11,2016, direct access to the tiles has been stopped." I think we should use the APIKEY to use this or the new sdk, but I have not found anywhere to do this. Please, help.

I am using OSMDROID 4.2 with OSMBonusPack_v5.0. Please see screenshot below:

You are using a source from MapQuest. The easiest solution is to just use a different layout file

osmv.setTileSource(TileSourceFactory.DEFAULT_TILE_SOURCE);
