I applied Gulp to my project created in the VS2015 community. But when I use the task launch explorer, a dialog box appears that says “ An exception was caused by the call purpose. ” I tried to do the (PATH) thing in “Set up an external web tool,” but that didn't help.
NPM installation works, and Gulp runs correctly.
I am using the following versions
- .NET Framework 4.6.1
- Gulp v1.3.15
- npm v1.3.15
- Node v5.3.0
In addition, when I launch the project and open the task launch explorer, I have this exception:
