How to change www root directory on WampServer 3

How can I change the root directory of the currently installed wampserver server to some other directory. I have the location of the change directory from httpd.conf like. I use the Hash tag before the root of Dcoument and Directory, but for the new root I have a new line without a hash tag.

after restarting the server, PC repeatedly, the Wamp server still displays the www / index page.
