Since iOS 9.2 has violated the ability to use Javascript, I am trying to do this with a method that works. I am trying to create a link that:
A. If the user has a Facebook application, open the Facebook application.
B. If the user does not have Facebook, open facebook.com
From what I can say, you can only create Universal Links for your own applications, because you need to know the package identifier, etc., and obviously I don't know Facebook
