The application works as expected in Tizen TV Simulator, but not in the emulator

I am developing an application for Samsung Tizen Smart TV. I have a strange problem. The application plays sound and answers the remote control keys in the simulator , but the sound does not play, and the keys do not work in the emulator .

I am using HTML5 Audio tags.

What could be the reason? Thanks in advance.

Privilege may arise here. Add these privileges necessary for playing sound and answering remote control keys.

Launch "Update Manager" →

Go to the "Installed packages" tab →

Advanced →

Samsung TV Extensions (Public) →

Delete

Then install the Samsung TV extension again and create a new emulator. There is a good possibility that your current installation has problems.

Control List.

  • Online privilege
    <tizen:privilege name="http://tizen.org/privilege/internet"/>

  • Access control
    <access origin="*" subdomains="true"/>

  • Test your network of emulators. is it really connected to the internet?

  • Check the local media file (packaged in the application) using the sound tag. The latest webkit for the tv emulator is 538.1. Check if it really supports media file / stream playback.
