Does VS2010 always rebuild a solution?

I have a solution with 40 projects. I recently reconfigured the output path for each of these projects:

.. \ Output

Changes have been made to the * .csproj files for each build configuration.

This change did what was expected (to collect all compiled assemblies into one folder), but an unusual side effect is that every time I press F5 Debug, part (about 40%) of assemblies are always restored. I tested this several times without any changes to the projects themselves.

As soon as I changed the changes, the assembly behaved as before.

I need help solving this problem.

This problem is solved by changing the project files, cleaning the solution, deleting all folders with folders manually, restarting Visual Studio and restoring all.

I would suggest that assemblies that are being rebuilt refer to the project you are trying to build? Check the links in one of the projects and see if this is correct. If so, you can try to configure properties for each link, such as Copy Local and / or Specific Version; perhaps each project β€œthinks” that it needs to rebuild other projects that it refers to in order to achieve the same version number or something like that.
