Frequency "Failed to create ICNS file for push notification"

I keep getting

Unable to create ICNS file for push notification package

sent to me by email for Safari download notifications that I have installed on my site. They work without errors for my laptop and any others that I tried, and I read and re-read the instructions on how to make the push package and my view valid ...

Reading in Apple docs, it says that the cause of this error is

Your icon set may have the wrong PNG

but I checked that everything is in order, there is no transparency, and again they work on my laptop ... what the hell? Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Does anyone know a push package testing tool?

In my case, the error was caused by an incorrect DPI for images.

I ended up rewriting all the icons using the Icons app from the Mac app store, and then made a push package using the ruby push_package bug and I have no more problem :)
