Get all home hubs in HomeKit (on iOS 10)

I am working on the HomeKit App, and my requirement is to get Home Hits in HomeKit (in iOS 10) and there the corresponding states, that is, “connected” or “not connected”. I searched in homekit FrameWork, but I did not find any help. Thanks.
