Is this layout possible with a div

regions / divs in custom Drupal 7 theme

It should be a home view on large screens. DIVS are all regions in my Drupal 7 theme, but I have problems with DIV3. Thanks for any help on this.

This is possible with CSS columns in modern browsers, reverting to using the jQuery Masonry plugin in older browsers.

You can try with Gridster.Js
http://dsmorse.imtqy.com/gridster.js/

You can control the size in width and height of the blocks. You can arrange a div with drag and drop only (you can disable drag and drop if you don't need to).
