Unable to click Finish to Download Binary due to IDFA

I'm going to send the update to my application, and when I click Finish to Download Binary, I wonder:

Does this application use an advertising identifier (IDFA)?

Because AdMob uses it, I select "YES". The image below shows what happens when I click Continue.

The only problem: It is impossible to choose how the application uses IDFA!

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Try a different browser, such as Safari? Had problems with chrome in the past.

I had exactly this problem, and it was related to my AdBlocker in Safari. Either disconnecting AdBlocker, or adding itunesconnect.com to the white list of AdBlocker will solve the problem. Then, by pressing YES on the advertising identifier, you will receive additional options for selection. I suspect that this is true for AdBlockers in all browsers, possibly down to the word Ad in HTML and is mistaken for a pop-up ad.

If your AdBlocker is active in Safari, you can briefly see the flickering form at the bottom of the page when you click Continue. I saw this after several attempts. Turn off your ad unit in Safari settings. Thanks Fuzzy Frog.
