How to show bitmap in Tspeedbutton when it is disabled

I dynamically create shortcuts in the procedure for changing tabs, I want to disable the speed button, when it is disabled, it does not show the loaded image. how to show the image on the speed button when it is in the off state. I am using SpeedButton code, SpeedButton.Glyph.LoadFromFile (path) AND USING SpeedButton.numGlyphs = 1

The image used in Glyph can contain up to 4 images, one for each SpeedButton state (up, down, disabled, selected).
