Loading error. Can't upload the apk file to the Google Play Developer Console?

I have had some apps on Google Play for some time, but I have not sent updates for several months. Now I'm trying to send an update, but when I download the apk file, I get a download error. I tried with another application as well as with another computer, but the same error occurs. I tried to solve this problem in the last 5 days, but I could not find a single related resource or the same problem occurring with anyone else. I can’t understand if the problem is related to the new features of the Google Play Developer Console or something else. Any help or suggestion from the community is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This is what the “Download New APK into Production” screen looks like after I viewed and downloaded the APK.

The problem is resolved. This seems to be caused by some cookies, etc. I tried downloading my apk in browser mode in incognito mode and was successful.

Cookies are the most common source of problems for all scenarios.

If you cleared it by using any kind of entry and exit credentials.

It works well.
