Focus follows mouse (NO autoraise) in Mac Sierra

I know about other threads in this thread, but they are based on automatic mode and / or all answers point to software that is no longer being developed. I'm just looking for this simple function: the focus follows the mouse WITHOUT autoraise for Mac. Zooom2 was able to accomplish this, but they no longer develop their software. I do not use the terminal and you need to copy / paste and read between several programs with several windows, someone will say that you found a solution for this?

chunkwm recently added the ffm_disable_autoraise parameter, which works well on MacOS Mojave. To enable Focus Follows Mouse only, follow the installation steps, then edit ~/.chunkwmrcto comment out unwanted plugins and enable FFM.

# chunkc core::load border.so
# chunkc core::load tiling.so
chunkc core::load ffm.so

and disable auto-climb

chunkc set ffm_disable_autoraise         1

Other available plugins are useful, but not the subject of this question.
