I use this method to convert video + image to live photo. It adds the necessary metadata to the video and still image. It exports a new video with the correct metadata using AVAssetExportPresetPassthrough, so the codec settings should not be changed.
After I set the high resolution output image as the wallpaper on my phone home screen, the quality is significantly reduced and pixelated.
This does not happen, or at least not to the same extent, when you set the photo taken from the camera as live wallpaper.
Does anyone have an idea of ββwhat might be the problem?
