Connecting to the endpoint of a cluster of service components due to corporate proxy

I created one Service Fabric cluster, but I cannot connect to it. I am currently doing a corporate proxy, so I think this is the reason you are not connecting. Since the connection works with my non-proxy environment (Free Internet Environment).

I used the following command:

Connect-ServiceFabricCluster -ConnectionEndpoint mycluster.westus.cloudapp.azure.com:19000 -KeepAliveIntervalInSec 10 -X509Credential -ServerCertThumbprint F45E63D80AE4AB2F6938CDD7DFC77E8E38D00CD7 -FindType FindByThumbprint -FindValue F45E63D80AE4AB2F6938CDD7DFC77E8E38D00CD7 -StoreLocation CurrentUser -StoreName My

The error I am getting is:

A WARNING. Failed to contact naming service. Attempting to contact Bounce Manager ... WARNING. Failed to contact the Bounce Manager service trying to contact FMM ... False WARNING: The connection could not be completed because the target machine actively rejected it. 40.117.45.185:19000 Connect-ServiceFabricCluster: the endpoint of the cluster is unavailable, check if there is a connection / firewall / DNS problem.
