Amazon Web Service (AWS) Account (Trial) Without Credit Card Information

I tried to create an account at aws.amazon.com . But credit card information is required to complete the login process.

Since I do not intend to use AWS for any commercial purposes, but for training / self-study purposes, is there a way to create a trial account (perhaps a limited version means limited functionality or a limited period of time).

You can now create an AWS account using a debit card (debit card is easy to get). I created an AWS account with my debit card. I wrote a blog about this topic. create an aws account without a credit card. Hope this helps someone.
