An error occurred while trying to open my asp.net 4.5 MVC web application using VS 2012. Asp.net is not registered on the server

Question

I have Windows Server 2012 R2 and Visual Studio Professional 2012 . I am now using asp.net 4.5 mvc 4 to develop a web application without any problems. but now when I try to open a project, I will get this error: -

if I click OK, then this error: -

if I click OK, the visual studio will stop working

can anyone listen to what is happening?

Now I have done this modification, as I read through the mail on the Internet, which can help remove the cache. so I deleted this folder: -
