Make scrollbars always visible in uiscrollview

How to make scrollbars always visible in uiscrollview . I used flashscrollindicators , this makes no sense.

I used this code to turn on the scroll indicator

 hscroll.showsHorizontalScrollIndicator=YES; 

but the scroll bars are visible only after the start of scrolling uiscrollview .

I want scrollbars to always be visible in uiscrollview

You can blink them, but there is no way to make them always visible:

 [myScrollView flashScrollIndicators]; 

Although a possible workaround is described in question 1888647
