Page loading is very slow after updating Chrome 60

I noticed that my web application loads very slowly after the last update of Chrome 60. It takes 40 seconds to download 286 files from the local host and many requests stop for ~ 1 second. It was a download very quickly until the last update, so I suspect the new update has something to do with it. Any ideas?
