Cargo weight requires h5py

I try to run the keras model, trying to use the pre-prepared VGGnet- When I run this command base_model = applications.VGG16(weights='imagenet', include_top=False, input_shape=(img_rows, img_cols, img_channel))

I get this error:

I looked at the github questions page where the corresponding question was asked, but there were no solutions. Any suggestions?

Install h5py:

pip install h5py

Or if you use conda:

conda install h5py

technically you need dependencies, for example:

pip install cython
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-dev
pip install h5py

And restart jupyter notebok.
