Disable cookies and clear cache in Chrome custom tabs.

Question

I use Chrome custom tabs to redirect users to a third-party site link. But I want the cookies turned off and the cache cleared on the resulting user chrome tab (just as if the link opened in google chrome incognito mode). I looked through the documentation, but could not find a way to achieve this. Request for help
