Built-in 64-bit integers in Javascript

Question

It seems that even the new Ecmascript 8 does not support 64-bit integers.

We should currently use libraries such as Long or UInt64 or the Closure Library .

Is it technically possible to add native support for 64-bit integers in Javascript?

Yes it is. There, stage 3 of the proposal is for arbitrary bigints (including enough to allow implementations to specialize in fixed 64-bit use), so it literally just waits for implementations and tests at this stage. Therefore, we can conclude that this is technically possible.
