Any way to programmatically add an application to the Samsung Unmonitored application list?

Samsung Android 7.0 has warnings warning that my application has quit. It will even kill the sticky favor. Is there any way to add my application to Unmonitored Apps. Or use the intention to at least bring the user to this settings page.
