Error: (1, 0) Plugin with identifier 'kotlin-android-extensions' not found

Question

apply plugin: 'kotlin-android-extensions'.

When I add these extensions to the studio preview in Android, give me this error "Error: (1, 0) Plugin with id" kotlin-android-extensions "was not found.".

The compiled build.gradle snippet looks like a configuration inside your application module. What does build.gradle look like in the project root directory? To add kotlin plugin dependencies, it should look something like this:
