How to create a file on the server with the file path relative to the application?

In my Vaadin spring boot application, I need to upload files to the server and save them there.

Uploading files locally to the desktop works fine, But I want to deploy the application to the server, so I want to save the downloaded files in a directory relative to the base path of my application.

I created a folder called "input_files" as a direct child of the application root folder (applicationName → input_files). When the file is uploaded, the contents of the file must be written to the newly created file inside this input_files folder.

Important line of code:

This line does not work. input_filesNo file is created inside the folder .
