After many years of using Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition successfully, it has been falling outdoors this morning. No updates or changes have been made to the machine since last night when it was operating normally.
I am not trying to open a specific project or perform a specific operation. I just open Visual Studio. I checked the event log which contains:
(I would prefer to copy and paste the event log message instead of using images, but even after following the instructions on overflowing the stack, did I get an error about the incorrectly formatted "code"?)
Any ideas what could go wrong? I have not changed anything on this computer. He just suddenly stopped working.
