What is the reason for using OpenJDK?

I somehow understand the differences between Oracle JDK and Open JDK. But I can’t find a reason to use Open JDK, because Oracle JDK already has everything you need, and sometimes faster than Open JDK.

When should someone use the Open JDK? This is only for legal issues, if so, what are the problems? Since I am developing all my projects using Oracle JDK.
