I am working on a web application that needs to implement SAML SSO using a third-party idP (initiated by SP). I have reached the point where I get SAMLResponse from idP, which looks like this:

The requirement is that manual targeting be implemented on netcoreapp2.0, so I tried to find a suitable solution for checking the signature value that is provided.
