Comment IDs have changed

Comment IDs have changed

We request comments from youtubes api. Until today, everything has worked as expected.

https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/commentThreads https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/commentThreads/list

But since a few hours ago it seems that all comment IDs have changed. If we request the same data, new identifiers are returned for the same comments.
