I am going to install Tizen Studio, and I also need emulators for wear and device. But, unfortunately, this is required libpng12-0, whereas I already installed libpng16-16.
libpng12-0
libpng16-16
How can I tell Tizen Installer, it already has the latest recent ...?
I would prefer a solution where I can use the latest version of libpng 16. But, unfortunately, I cannot.
I met all the prerequisites: https://developer.tizen.org/ko/development/tizen-studio/download/installing-tizen-studio/prerequisites - in vain. As above, it will not find libpng12.
I made a dirty workaround: I downloaded the https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libpng12-0 deb package from here and installed it usingsudo dpkg -i libpng12*.deb
sudo dpkg -i libpng12*.deb
EDIT: this solution leads to another error in synaptic update repositories:
The repository http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/main/libp/libpng xenial Release 'does not have a Release file.
