Handling persistent user values ​​in Gmail add-ons

I created a simple Gmail addon, now I'm struggling with the strategies below.

After installing the add-on, when the first mailbox opens, we request basic information input from users, when it opens the second mail, we will no longer request basic information data.

How can I handle this?
