MS WF and MS CRM Dynamics 4.0 State Workflows

Question

MS CRM Dynamics 4.0 includes the MS WF engine. The built-in constructor allows you to create sequential workflows whose actions have their own access to CRM objects.

Is it possible:

• Create a state machine workflow outside CRM (i.e. in a visual studio) and import it into CRM?
• Does this workflow have access to CRM objects?

• The creation of any workflow outside of MSCRM and its import is also not supported.
