How can I change the way Drupal themes appear on the home page

I am trying to create a website for my college magazine. I used the "views" module to show the block of static content that I created on the first page.

My question is: how can I edit the css theme so that it changes the way the static content block is displayed?

For reference, here is a link to the site (in Portuguese and with almost zero content at the moment).

It looks like most of your CSS data is in some * .css files. The page also has built-in style information. Your style for static information comes from embedded material. I'm not sure how Drupal creates the page, but the place to search is any property for "ultima-edicao". This is what is called the surrounding div.
