Vista BEX Error

I recently encountered an IE7 error on Vista when loading a jar (presumably) with the following error:

Problem signature:

Googling has identified such problems common to Vista and relates to Java (although SUN cancels ). Also I think this has something to do with DEP. I could not find the official Microsoft Kb.

So the questions are:

  • What does BEX mean?
  • What does it mean?
  • How to deal with such errors?
