Ctrl+ T(ReSharper, Goto, type) will open the class file for you.

Looks like Ctrl+ Shift+ Topen files.

Depending on your keyboard layout, Ctrl+ Shift+ Nwill open any file in the solution, or Ctrl+ Nwill open any type.
