ASP.NET MVC seems to be making a fairly large input. Can anyone generalize how its MVC implementation stacks up against the popular MVC frameworks for other languages? (I think specifically about the Rails and Zend Framework, although obviously a lot.) Observations of the learning curve, general terminology, ease of use, and a nice factor are welcome.
(For a little background, I have been avoiding using ASP.NET for some time, because I really hate the approach to web forms, but Jeff's poor praise in the podcast almost convinced me to go.)
