Best Java GUI Editor

I know that nothing is called the best Java IDE (Eclipse, NetBeans, etc.). Everyone has their own specialty.

But when the GUI editor (visual editor) arrives, there are interesting things; I would like to know which one is most recommended.

I do not ask for a full IDE, I ask about any graphics editor or plugin for any IDE that allows me to edit the Java GUI (not necessarily Swing). I am also open to commercial alternatives; it does not have to be free.

This question is somehow close to my question (I did not notice it before asking it, but I hope that anyone who is looking for such things will benefit from both questions).

NetBeans includes the visual editor Swing Matisse, probably the best.

If you use Eclipse, Jigloo (the plugin) is probably best there.

You seem to be looking for jEdit , which, oddly enough, is not the previous answers.
