What is the difference between Subclipse Get Contents and Get Revision?

When using the Eclipse-> Team-> Show History view, what is the difference between using the Subclipse "Get Contents" and "Get Revision" options when reviewing a file?

Is there any way to see which svn subclipse commands are issued behind the scenes?

In the Subclipse manual (Help> Help Contents):

Get content

Use this option to update the contents of the selected file in your working copy with the contents of the revision in the repository. The revision number of your local file does not change this option.
