Good (cheap?) Graphics card for using these additional monitors in the office

We currently have quite a few spare 19-inch flat-screen monitors. My small desktop computer currently has only one video output from the onboard video card.

What is a good buy card so that I can connect a 3 19 "1280x1024 monitor to my PC?

(This is only for programming, I do not need support for 3D games.)

Cards with 2 outputs seem to be much more common than cards with 3 outputs.

Can I get two cheap cards and then support up to 4 monitors? Or does Windows XP not support such a launch?
