How to clear Ruby Phusion Passenger cache in Ubuntu?

I tried restarting apache and the cached pages still appear, so in some cases there should be a folder. I don't have "public / cache", and what other places should I look for? Is there a URL flag that can cause this effect?

You need to touch the file to clear phusion, for example:

touch /webapps/mycook/tmp/restart.txt

I work in development mode.

I found that I had to restart the apache service and clear the browser cache so that my changes appeared 100% of the time.
